Testimonials from past retreats:
"Gluten and I parted ways several months ago, and my life has improved exponentially since then. I now know that all the increasing aches and pains and inflammatory response symptoms I've lived with for the past two years were caused by my newly-diagnosed gluten intolerance. What I didn't know was how to navigate this new territory of gluten avoidance.
Attending the workshop held recently at Omega Institute helped me to move beyond my own "I can't..." thinking to all the "I can...." possibilities available to me. Melinda's presentations on the pathology of gluten intolerance and celiac disease, the diagnostic tests available, nutritional supplements, and dining, shopping and traveling tips are invaluable."
"I have recently been diagnosed with celiac disease so the information from Melinda was invaluable. This is not just some new fad diet I am trying; it's now my lifestyle, not one that I choose but a matter of health. I am so grateful for Melinda and was put at ease due to the overwhelming situation I was thrown into. She gave me so much info but in a way I could understand, not by reading the info but having it explained in a way that pertained to me."
